I will say this, the A&M @ OU game is looking more and more
interesting right now, with Stoops and Fran taking digs at each other.

Fran fired the first volley last week when addressing the Touchdown
Club of Houston. He was talking about the QB situation at all the
schools. When he got to OU's QB issue, he stated: "That may be the
only question mark they have...other than what jobs they are going to
work this year," He did follow that with "That is a joke, I couldn't
resist."

Stoops over the weekend got wind of this and fired back "here are a
lot of people who have a lot to say when they don’t have a Big 12
championship to talk about."

Some Tulsa paper got into the fray too saying that Fran wanted them to
lobby for him to get the OU job when Blake was fired. But I am not
sure I trust that much at all.

Still, you know how fans are about this stuff. I am sure that
Sooner-fan will have that in their minds when A&M comes to town.

At the same time, the Aggies are going to be primed for a run, should
they have a shot at the conference title game, his comment is going to
be a focus of this team.

I think Fran should really keep his mouth on the 6 second delay,
because what Stoops says is right, and he doesn't have much room to
talk. Sub .500 conference mark. Winless in Bowel appearances.
