The truth of the existence of the Holy Spirit, or where said Holy
Spirit dwells, has no bearing on the question of whether "He is just
sitting out there somewhere caring nothing about what is going on down
here on earth, but leaving it all up to us" (which of course is YOUR
strawman, not mine)
