Why? He can't return punts kicked out of bounds.

You should, it was a real solid win. I was worried about this game
for Cal, but while I don't always buy into the "revenge" or "redemption"
angles, I do think Cal needed this one. Perception and reputation factor
far more than they should in this sport, and Cal helped themselves in that
regard. (it's also a great example of why it's so important to play at
least one big OOC game every year; hard to build a reputation playing
Willard Tech or Appalachia...oh wait, never mind).
