The telestrator in itself wasn't bad. I think it helped him explain what
he was talking about. But everything it else really did feel like Fox
and ABC/ESPN were making him be over-the-top.

And NBC has always been a lighter touch with broadcasting. With the
exception of the Olympics, they treat sports like it's a news event, not
like it's The Grand Spectacle that needs Animated Robots or Tony Kornheiser.
