The Gore camp did not challenge even a single military ballot. The Bush
campaign on the other hand did challenge thousands and did get thousands
more removed from the voting rolls because they were overseas. This is a
matter of historical fact. All that you have is a memo from a lawyer
detailing what the laws were.
